Who are we looking for?

  • A person with at least 1+ years of experience in web design
  • Communicates effectively in English (B2+/C1)
  • Previously conducted workshops and UX audits and writes clear, actionable reports
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing
  • Uses a data-driven approach to improve CROIs comfortable working with Design Systems (but isn’t required to do full visual design)
  • Works with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4, etc.) to make data-based decisions
  • Plans and oversees website enhancements based on research

Nice to have:

  • Visual design skills – we consider people who do more than just gray rectangles
  • Understands and applies accessibility (WCAG) standards

What you’ll do: 

  • Conduct UX audits and usability evaluations
  • Analyze website performance and suggest improvements
  • Prepare detailed reports with recommendations
  • Plan and oversee website enhancements
  • Ensure accessibility compliance in web projects
  • Use analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4, etc.) to track and optimize user flows
