Web UX Designer

We’re looking for a Web UX Designer with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Who are we looking for?

A person with at least 1+ years of experience in web design
Communicates effectively in English (B2+/C1)
Previously conducted workshops and UX audits and writes clear, actionable reports
Basic knowledge of A/B testing
Uses a data-driven approach to improve CROIs comfortable working with Design Systems (but isn’t required to do full visual design)
Works with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4, etc.) to make data-based decisions
Plans and oversees website enhancements based on research

Nice to have:

Visual design skills – we consider people who do more than just gray rectangles
Understands and applies accessibility (WCAG) standards
